Aluminum honeycomb panels have high strength, high flatness characteristics. Its hexagonal hollow cylindrical honeycomb core cells can achieve high transmittance for the parallel light. However, for non-parallel light, grid panels can block most of the light that is not perpendicular to the panel, so that the opaque honeycomb wall panels occur multiple reflections, thus absorbing most of the incident light. Using the honeycomb panel of this light absorption properties, can be made of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure solar collector.
Aluminum honeycomb panels can be made into printing plate, mechanical table. Aluminum honeycomb board due to its light weight, high strength, good flatness, heat deformation can be applied to printing plate production.
